Login Help
Dunbarton residents are assigned Usernames and Passwords to access the Member-only pages of the website. The Login Help instructions only work if residents have registered with the clubhouse staff and have an email address on file in the online Directory. That email address is how the Login Help process will notify you. Each Username and Password combination is tied to an email address. Each individual must have their own email address to receive the Login Help.
If you have forgotten or do not know your Username:
1. Click on Login located in the top right corner of this page
2. Click on the Forgot Username link
3. On the next screen, enter the email address associated with your profile, the one listed for you in the directory. Click Submit
4. An email will be sent to your email address containing your Username
If you have forgotten or do not know your Password:
1. Click on Login located in the top right corner of this page
2. Click on the Forgot Password link
3. On the next screen, enter the email address associated with your profile, the one listed for you in the directory. Click Submit
4. An email will be sent to your email address containing a link to change your password. Click the link
5. On the next screen, in the New Password box, enter a new password following the directions for creating the password
6. On the next screen in the Confirm New Password box, enter your new password again
7. Click Submit
Remember that passwords are ALWAYS case sensitive - that is you must observe upper and lower case letters when entering your password, i.e. Password is NOT the same as password
